Personal profile

I am an Associate Professor of Education with a particular interest in International Business. I joined Leicester Castle Business School at ˽·¿¾ãÀÖ²¿ in February 2018. My research focus is within Education and International Business domains. I researhc student engagement and active learning, and from the international business side, I study the footloose behaviour of multinational enterprises (MNEs). In my PhD I studied how strategic decisions of the multinationals alter in the context of internal and external forces that influence their investment, divestment and relocation patterns. I have a substantial teaching experience on various levels of undergraduate and postgraduate studies.
