Innovation Centre room hire
We offer meeting and event space for hire in the Innovation Centre, the heart of Leicester City, providing both a comfortable and professional atmosphere.
Our external meeting rooms are available Monday - Friday, from 9.00am-4.30pm. Business residents who lease an office at The Innovation Centre are exempt from weekday charges.

Catering can be ordered from our onsite caterers, Chartwells. Please let us know if this would be required when booking and we can supply a quotation.
Available rooms
We have three meeting rooms available:
- The Boardroom can seat up to 10 people
- The Meeting Room can seat up to 6 people
- Training Room can seat up to 20 people
Additional meeting resources, including plasma screens, projectors and whiteboards can be provided on request.
We also have the ground floor Cafe, suitable for bigger events, presentations or seminars:
- The Café can seat up to a maximum of 60 for standing events
Our larger room can be configured and set up in a variety of ways, including a mix of tables, chairs and open space. Catering options are also available. Get in touch and we’ll be happy to discuss your requirements.
