When we are overwhelmed, it’s often tempting to react immediately. Nonetheless, when our emotions run high, wisdom is low. The steps shared in this video are deeply inspired by Dr. Caroline Leaf, and it has personally helped me to manage stress and anxiety on a daily basis. With that being said, it’s easy to say, but difficult to practice.
